My neighbor's house (third house to my left as you face the lake) is available when my home is booked or when rented with my home to allow the accommodation of groups of up to thirty. This home is also on the lake with excellent water access, and has a two stall boat house with a stern drive ski boat and a pontoon boat that can be rented out. Click the link below to view a slide show of pictures of this home. It is a four  bedroom, two bath older home sleeping eight in beds,two more on a sleeper sofa and two more on a king size futon. The home has a well equipped kitchen. Having access to this home allows Lakeside Paradise, LLC to host extremely large family get togethers or even small corporate outings. It also allows you to stay with us when our home is booked. None of the discounts offered by Lakeside Paradise, LLC apply to my neighbor's home. All funds for the rental of these two homes are paid to Lakeside Paradise, LLC. A rental agreement is required for each home as well as a separate boat rental agreement. The booking fee/security deposit is paid by credit card and secures your preferred dates. The balance is due thirty days prior to your arrival and may be paid by check or credit card.
