Season Pricing

Off Season: November 1 through February 28.

                      $200/night. Plus 10% Tax & $200 Cleaning Fee.

In season: March,April, May,September, October 
                      
                      $350/night.Three night minimum. Plus Tax & Cleaning 
                      Turnaround day is Saturday.

Peak Season; June, July, August
                      $375/night. Six night minimum. Plus Tax & Cleaning.
                      Turnaround day is Saturday.

Holiday rate is $400/night for each night of the stay.  Minimum holiday stay is six nights except for Thanksgiving, & Easter which are a four night minimum. Holidays available for booking are Easter, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day & Thanksgiving.

We offer our private entrance, ground floor suite as a Bed & Breakfast rental. We can accommodate shorter stays in our Off Season. Our ground floor suite sleeps seven in beds plus a queen sleeper sofa. Our Bed & Breakfast Rate is $175/night for a family of five; please call for larger groups. Boat rentals are available anytime. The Bed & Breakfast daily rate does not include the ten per cent lodgings tax.

Three hour guided tours are offered with any rental for $250.
Rent our 34 ft pontoon for $750 for your entire stay. Our 29  ft aft cabin cruiser rents for $1000 for your entire stay.

We offer the following 5% discounts: Military or Former Military, Pastor, or Law Enforcement experience in Party; Past Guest; and Payment in full at booking via Priority Mail. You may combine any three 5% discounts.

Check In time: Normally 3 P.M. Earlier times by arrangement.
Check Out time: By 10 A.M. Please call before you leave; if we are not too far away, we would like to say goodbye & thanks.
