| Lakeside Paradise, LLC is available year round pending existing reservations. Please check the calendar to determine availability before contacting us. This calendar is updated after every reservation. Our goal and mission statement is to offer our guests the most memorable vacation possible. We strive to provide not only the essentials that you expect but those extras that separate us from the rest; and, all at the most competitive pricing possible. Most guests prefer to rent the entire property to assure their utmost privacy. However, there are those occasions where a bed and breakfast rental is appealing, especially during the off season when you just need to get away from it all for a bit. You will have a private entrance; you will have the entire ground floor and other than our cleaning up and providing a delicious Continental breakfast, you won't even see us! If that is your choice of rental style just let us know when you book your stay. Our Bed & Breakfsast stays are at the rate of $200 per couple per night plus tax. A two to three hour hosted tour of the lake in our cruiser is available for $150; or rent the pontoon for $150/day. See spectacular scenery as well as several multi-million dollar homes. Ultimate Privacy Rental: Most prefer to rent the entire property. Under this type of rental, you are truly in your own lake home enjoying total privacy. We meet you at the rental, show you the property and answer all questions. We then depart but remain as close as the telephone. We cater to a world wide clientele and realize the need even for longer stays than is common for a vacation rental. Our rate schedule is structured to meet every need. Ample parking is available on our concrete drive and parking area. Please do not park on the grass. Sleeping Arrangements: The home comfortably sleeps thirteen in five private bedrooms. There are four queen beds, three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The bunk room downstairs has a single over a double plus a double bunk bed. The bunk beds are all are regular size. The sofa in the game room converts to a queen bed. We have a queen size air bed that can be put down anywhere if you need it. The screened porch is great for sleeping if it is not too hot. With these arrangements we can sleep a total of seventeen. If you want to bring your neighborhood too, my neighbor's home is available as well and we can take excellent care of about thirty folks! Reservation fee/security deposit: $300. This is refunded upon successful check out. Paid by credit card at the time you book your stay. Peak Season: June, July, August: Daily rate is $350 per night. Our preferred turn around day is Saturday. Check in is three P.M. and check out is eleven A.M. $2100.00 per six nights, seven day stay. Additional charges are the 10% State Lodgings Tax; and a $175.00 cleaning fee to prepare the rental for new guests. Additional days are at the rate of $350.00 per day plus tax. Six night minimum. In Season: April, May, September: Daily rate is $325 per night with a three night minimum. Off Peak Season: October 1 through March 31: Daily rate is $300 per night with a two night minimum. Holiday Stays: We charge $450 for the holidays listed below. Other days included in your holiday stay are at the seasonal rate. An Easter stay would be $450 for Easter plus $325 each additional night. A July 4th stay would be $450 plus $350 each additional night. Our Recognized Holidays are: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Seasonal minimums apply except Thanksgiving and Christmas are three day minimums. All former guests enjoy A 10% discount off the daily rate provided as a reward for staying with us again. All former and active military personnel receive a 10% discount off the daily rate. We sincerely appreciate your service! Anyone in your party eligible qualifies you for the discount. Only one discount applies to any stay. See the Specials page for other discount offers. Major credit cards are accepted. The $300.00 reservation fee secures the desired vacation dates. Payment of the balance due is required thirty days prior to arrival and is paid in US dollars by personal check or credit card. Six percent will be added to all balancees due paid by credit card. Cancellations made a minimum thirty days in advance of arrival are refunded in full less the fees associated with processing the charged transactions. Cancellations made with less than thirty days notice are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance. We have a 28 foot pontoon boat available for rent at $750.00 for your entire stay. She will be full of gas and you must fill her up prior to checkout. We have all the life jackets you will need (adult and children). A separate $300 boat security deposit is required; refunded after checkout. Our 29 foot aft caabin cruiser is also available to rent at $1500 for your entire stay. Check In time: Normally 3 P.M. Earlier times by arrangement. Check Out time: By 11 A.M. Please call before you leave; if we are not too far away, we would like to say goodbye & thanks. All rates are subject to availability.
